Sports Massage

By utilizing a system of movements including gliding, compression, stretching, and other manipulations, sports massage focuses on the rehabilitation of the body's soft tissues. Sports massage is known for improving training, performance, and injury prevention. Sports massage improves blood circulation which allows athletes to train more efficiently and is a natural antioxidant that helps to remove waste products replacing them with nutrients. Deep tissue damage and imbalances can be detected earlier and possibly corrected before an injury ensues.
